Reporting a Calculator Issue
When reporting a possible calculation problem, please include:
- The calculator you used
- The values you entered
- The result shown
- The result you expected
- Any relevant material size or manufacturer specification
- A screenshot, where helpful
This information allows us to review the calculation more accurately.
Example:

Suggesting a New Calculator
We are always interested in useful calculator ideas for construction, renovation, landscaping and home-improvement projects.
When suggesting a new calculator, tell us:
- What the calculator should estimate
- Which measurements it should accept
- What result it should provide
- Whether it should use US customary or metric units
- Any common product sizes that should be included
